Duke University Office of Counsel Renovations

The Duke University Office of Counsel is located on the American Tobacco Historic District. The university purchased this historic property and RND Architects designed the interior infrastructure of the building. Edmondson Engineer’s team then came in and completed a mechanical, electrical and plumbing upfit to accommodate the newly designed interior.
