Elon University Francis Center Renovations – LEED Silver

The 45,000 square foot Francis Center – School of Health Sciences is home to several classrooms, laboratories, research areas, computer labs, fitness areas, locker rooms and administrative spaces at the Elon University campus. The renovations took place primarily in the Old Stadler Ham Building, which houses the new Physical Therapy and Physician Assistant areas. A complete replacement of all existing site utilities, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and electrical systems was provided for the center. The renovations achieved a LEED Silver certification.
