Montessori Children’s House of Durham
Durham, North Carolina
The Montessori Children’s House of Durham is a private school campus for Pre-K through 6th grade. The new campus consists of six new energy efficient buildings. The buildings have a networked, addressable fire alarm system and a campus-wide fiber optic network. Each building has energy efficient lighting with occupancy controls and energy efficient HVAC systems. Low flow plumbing fixtures were also installed to conserve water.
