NC State University D.H. Hill Library Social Computing Room / Visualization Lab

Raleigh, North Carolina

A new social computing room (SCR) or visualization lab was constructed on the second floor of the book stack area of the DH Hill Library South Tower. The room features a 360 degree projection wall with 12 projectors. Renovations included mechanical, electrical and fire protection system rework and expansion to support the SCR. An AV equipment room, infrastructure storage room, entry vestibule and a makeover of the surrounding area were also renovated.
